EATING
Gurnard is a medium-firm fleshed fish that holds together well in most cooking applications. Our Gurnard fillets are layer-packed and blast frozen. Skinless and boneless, they’re packed in a handy 2kg box that easily fits in the freezer.

STORING
Store in the freezer until you’re ready to use it. It’s best defrosted in the fridge. If you’re short on time, pop fillets into a sealed bag and submerge in water that’s a bit cooler than room temperature. Change the water every 20-30 minutes and weight the fish down so it’s fully submerged in the water (not bobbing about).
