Our fish seasoning is a unique blend of spices, with key flavour notes of black pepper, allspice and thyme. It has a mild spice level. It’s suitable for all fish types, but is especailly great with monkfish and salmon. Use it to liven up bowl of creamy mussels or spice up a fritter batter. Each sachet contains enough seasoning for roughly 2-3 family-sized meals.
