Lots of recipes available on-line and in-store at Kings, but it’s so easy you won’t need one.
Saute a diced onion in butter, add flour to make a roux, then milk for a white sauce. I like to add a bit of mustard for background flavour. Then add whatever takes your fancy, I like a combination of smoked fish and white fish with broccoli and peas. You could use salmon & white fish, white fish & scallops & prawns, spinach, mixed veges, boiled eggs…. Top with mashed potato and bake. I sprinkle Smoked Paprika on top for colour. No need to precook the fish, it will cook in the sauce as it bakes.
